Lab Member Harsh Desai Presents Research at APS Mid-Atlantic Section Annual Meeting 2025

Harsh Desai, a member of the lab, recently presented his research at the APS Mid-Atlantic Section (MAS) 2025 Annual Meeting, held at Penn State Harrisburg in Middletown, PA.

During the poster session, Harsh presented his work titled:“Cross-Continental Electricity Price Prediction Using Quantum AI.”

This research explores the application of quantum-inspired artificial intelligence techniques to forecast electricity prices. By leveraging advanced data-driven modeling approaches, the study aims to improve the accuracy and scalability of price prediction in complex and dynamic energy markets.

The APS MAS Annual Meeting brings together researchers, faculty, and students from across the Mid-Atlantic region to showcase cutting-edge research in physics, applied computation, and interdisciplinary domains. The event provided an excellent platform for engaging discussions, feedback, and knowledge exchange with fellow researchers and attendees.

The D3M Lab congratulates Harsh on this successful presentation and looks forward to seeing the continued impact of this work in the areas of energy analytics, AI, and data-driven decision making.
