The presented work focused on day‑ahead electricity price forecasting using a hybrid CNN–BiLSTM–Attention deep learning model with automated hyperparameter tuning to improve prediction accuracy in volatile energy markets.
The conference provided an opportunity to engage with undergraduate researchers from diverse disciplines, attend keynote talks and panels on emerging topics in AI, and participate in meaningful research discussions. This experience reflects the D3M Lab’s continued commitment to mentoring student researchers and supporting high‑impact, data‑driven research.
